I write the following based on my experience of period pain. These are my opinions and they do not represent the opinions of other women because every woman’s experience is unique. I think every womans voice matters and that discussions will help bring a policy that has flexibility and provides leeway to those who need it.

Book Review – I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a life filled with focus. A life free from the unending digital distraction that clogs the minds of so many these days. And a life where there’s uninterrupted time to spend on the things that matter most.
India celebrated 75 years of independence on August 15th 2022. And the eleven men convicted in the Bilkis Bano gang-rape case walked free that day.

Book Review – Marie Kondo talks about the impact of tidying and ideas that keep spaces clutter free and remove the need for heavy daily tidying and cleaning.
